30-day window

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.

Non-returnable items

• Items flagged as non-returnable by the manufacturer.
• Non-stock / special-order items.
• Hazmat items after seal is broken.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. The exact fee is disclosed at RMA approval before the item is shipped back.

How to request a return

1. Sign in and open the order in My Account.
2. Click "Request return" on the eligible item and describe the reason.
3. You'll receive an RMA number and shipping instructions once approved.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Defective or damaged on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damage and packaging speed up processing.
