1. Orders and pricing

All prices are USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where the price displayed was clearly incorrect. Sales tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax.

2. Availability

Inventory shown reflects our distributor's latest feed and can change between page load and checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we refund it in full.

3. Shipping and returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We facilitate warranty claims but are not the warrantor.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to defraud, scrape at abusive rates, or interfere with the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautical Miles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
