Warehouses

Orders ship from two US warehouses: New Jersey (NJ) and Florida (FL). When items on a single order exist in both warehouses, the order is split and each parcel is billed separately.

Service levels (flat per shipment)

• Economy — $9.95
• Standard — $13.95
• Two-Day — $24.95
• Overnight — $49.95
• Signature on delivery (optional) — +$6.35

Hazmat items

Hazmat products ship UPS Ground only and are restricted to the 48 contiguous states. Air services and PO boxes are not available.

Oversized / truck-freight

Items flagged as truck freight require a custom quote. Add-to-cart is disabled and a "Request freight quote" form is shown on the product page.

Order cutoff

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on business days generally ship the same day, subject to distributor confirmation.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the distributor confirms each shipment. Multi-warehouse orders receive one email per parcel.
